Terms and Conditions Oppatoto — Complete Platform Usage Guide

1Interpretation & Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" — refers to the oppatoto website, mobile app, and all services provided under the oppatoto brand.
• "Member" / "Player" — refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using oppatoto services.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a player on the oppatoto platform.
• "Account Balance" — refers to the total funds available in a player's account at any given time, including cash and eligible bonuses.
• "Bonus" — refers to any free credits, free spins, bonus cash, or other promotional benefits offered by oppatoto.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process required to verify a player's identity.
• "Rollover" — refers to the re-wagering requirements that must be met before a bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use oppatoto services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not prohibited by your local laws from using online gaming platforms.

3User Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one oppatoto account. Holding more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, is a serious violation of these terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Ensuring no other individual uses your account without authorization.
• Notifying oppatoto immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Ensuring your account information is always kept up to date and accurate.

Oppatoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. To avoid this, simply log in and complete at least one transaction within that period.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Oppatoto is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or compensatory losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, server failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
• Any game outcome made based on inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.

In all circumstances, oppatoto's total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player within the 30 days preceding the claim.

9Privacy & Data

Oppatoto values the privacy of every player. All personal data collected during registration and use of the platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• Your data is used solely for identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement purposes.

10Account Termination

Oppatoto reserves the right to terminate or suspend a player's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
